Payment

All payments will be processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

Refund

All sales are final. Refunds will not be provided for any service once we have started to repair your device upon receiving payment. FutureTel reserves the right to offer refunds in select circumstances. Please note that each circumstance is unique and election to make such an offer in one instance does not create the obligation to do so in another. In all cases, the Analysis/Handling fee is non-refundable.

Warranty

FutureTel warrants for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of service (1) that service will be performed in a competent and workmanlike manner and (2) that all parts used to service your product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship, unless otherwise specified by FutureTel.

Shipping

FutureTel will cover the shipping cost of repaired devices using the following carriers: FedEx, Purolator or UPS.
